Description
This month’s Credentialing SIG will include answering questions you have about credentialing and features Core Competency #5: Maintains Presence. Includes exploration of what it means to be “fully conscious and present with the client, employing a style that is open, flexible, grounded and confident.” Discussion will include ACC, PCC and MCC credential distinctions.
Upon conclusion of this program, participants will understand what competency #5 is.
Key takeaways:
- They recognize that the coach is fully present and conscious in each interaction, demonstrating an open, flexible, grounded, and confident style.
- They focus on coaching the whole person—the “who” of the client, not just the issue at hand.
- They are able to notice and respond to shifts in the client’s energy, thinking, emotions, and perspectives.
