Description
We’ll answer your credentialing questions and spotlight Core Competency #8: Facilitates Client Growth. Includes exploration of key aspects of this competency including client progress, client
learning and client-designed actions. Discussion will include ACC, PCC and MCC credential distinctions.
Upon conclusion of this program, participants will recognize and understand the meaning of competency 8.
Participants will:
- Understand why inquiring about client progress and learning builds confidence and success for both the client and the coach.
- The importance of partnering with the client to anchor their learning into post-session actions of their choosing.
- Why a coach partners with the client to close the coaching session.
About Carly Anderson
Carly has been a continuously active ICF MCC, PCC and ACC Assessor since 2005, having reviewed 2,000+ coaching recordings between ICF assessing, and her own mentor coaching clients.
