The concept of face is essential in human relations and leadership. Coaches will learn the concept of honoring, losing, and saving face so they can support their clients in building authentic relationships and creating a culture of psychological safety. Coaches will also learn the AAA model and BUILD model to build trust with their clients. They can also use these concepts to help their clients be more effective in connecting with people, breaking down barriers, and building lasting relationships in their professional and personal lives.
