The ICF Los Angeles and ICF San Francisco Bay Area chapters are partnering to launch this Virtual Café, a gathering space created to connect, uplift, and amplify Latine coaches by centering their lived experiences, cultural perspectives, and professional journeys. This member resource group is designed to foster shared learning, meaningful dialogue, and community‑building so as to strengthen networks and belonging while welcoming anyone who wishes to learn alongside us..
About Alex Ojeda
Alex Ojeda is a leadership coach who cares deeply about supporting and growing today’s leaders. He led and coached teams at Apple and Compass, developing a keen sense of what motivates people and what makes a good team great. Now, through his coaching business, he partners with high-performing individuals and leaders using the Co-Active Coaching Model. Elaine is an executive and career development coach who helps clients uncover untapped skills and strengths, empowering them to thrive with purpose and fulfillment. She also serves as a Senior Employee Development Specialist in USC’s Learning and Organizational Development Department, where she fosters professional growth. About Mónica O. Duarte
Mónica is a first-generation Latina trauma-informed coach who empowers Latinas, women, and cycle-breaking entrepreneurs to process trauma and reach their goals from the inside out. Certified in Parts Work (IFS) and a PCC with ICF, she blends somatic, mindset, and emotional intelligence tools to address imposter syndrome, generational trauma, and life transitions.
