Description
Many executive and leadership coaches reach a point where the question shifts from:
“How do I deepen my coaching?” to “How do I expand my impact?”
Writing a book.
Launching a podcast.
Speaking from a stage or facilitating larger conversations.
These paths are compelling and often intimidating. They raise real questions about credibility, effort, alignment, and whether visibility truly supports the kind of coach one wants to be.
This in-person event is designed to meet those questions with honesty, community, and practical insight.
What evening includes:
🔵 A relaxed networking reception with food and beverages
🔵 A panel conversation featuring coaches who have expanded their reach through authorship, podcasting, and public speaking
🔵 Facilitated breakout conversations to help participants explore first steps and best practices in a way that feels aligned and manageable
This is not a promotional or “how-to-build-a-platform” event.
The intention is to create a thoughtful, peer-based conversation that helps coaches understand what these paths actually look like in practice and how they can serve, rather than dilute, the craft of coaching.
By the end of this event, participants will:
1. Gain clarity on what it truly means to expand coaching impact
Explore the difference between increased visibility and meaningful impact, and learn how books, podcasts, and speaking can serve as extensions of authentic coaching work.
2. Learn from real coaches who have successfully expanded their reach
Hear honest, experience-based insights from coaches who have authored books, hosted podcasts, and spoken publicly—including what worked, what didn’t, and what they wish they had known earlier.
3. Understand practical and realistic pathways to getting started
Discover approachable first steps and best practices that respect your time, energy, and career stage—without pressure to “build a platform” or overhaul your existing practice.
4. Leave with greater confidence and connection
Build meaningful connections with peers and leave with increased confidence, clarity, and encouragement around what an expanded coaching voice could look like for you.
