In the interactive webinar, we will discuss the concepts of a fixed and growth mindset, what are the elements that contribute to either a fixed or growth mindset, and what are the tools that can we use as coaches to help our clients shift into a more powerful and proactive mindset. How are our saboteurs /self-limiting beliefs holding us back from being in a growth mindset.
This presentation teaches specific coaching skills and methodologies to help coaches develop a growth mindset and overcome self-limiting beliefs. Coaches will understand how a client’s mindset is holding them back from getting the goals that they have articulated as part of the coaching program.
