Description

Motivations play an important role in how people understand themselves and the world. Everyone operates with assumptions, mindsets and expectations that they are often unconscious of, and which are likely to be influenced by our deeper motivational orientations. As a coach, when you help people understand the links between motivational patterns and hidden biases, you can help them expand their self-awareness, achieve a more complete and objective view of others, and make wiser behavioral choices.

Tricia Naddaff and David Ringwood will explore the neuroscience behind bias, how motivation plays a role in forming and amplifying those biases, and four specific strategies for coaching people to raise their self-awareness and take a more mindful, less reactive approach to their world.
