ICFLA C³ Fall Mixer & Roundtable Discussion!

  • Light bites and non-alcoholic refreshments are available throughout the evening
  • Speed networking from 7:00 PM – 7:20 PM
  • Roundtable discussion begins at 7:30 PM

Description

Come out and join us for an interactive evening where the focus is on YOU, our members! We will host a speed networking segment to kick off the event, followed by a facilitated rotating roundtable covering these fundamental coaching topics and/or niches:

  • BIPOC Coaches
  • Career Coaching
  • Executive Coaching
  • Niche-ing down for your Coaching Practice.

Attendees can choose which topics they want to learn about and engage in an open discussion to expand their perspectives.

We will have light bites and non-alcoholic refreshments available throughout the evening. This is a great opportunity to expand your network and your coaching horizons!

Upon conclusion of this event, participants will:

  • Walk away with at least 1-2 new contacts to add to their network.
  • Expand their perspectives on 3-4 pressing coaching topics that they can apply to their own practice.
  • Generate ideas and opportunities to grow their network and contribute to the ICFLA community and mission.

About Joel Pérez

Joel is the owner of Apoyo Coaching and Consulting, LLC, and a Professionally Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Before launching Apoyo Coaching and Consulting, Dr. Perez held several positions with colleges and universities with over 20 years of experience in higher education, serving in various key leadership roles. 

Joel currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Los Angeles Chapter of the International Coaching Federation, where he is leading inclusion efforts. He is currently working on a book project focused on helping leaders develop their cultural humility for individual, organizational, and community change. The working title is Dear White Leader: The Missing Piece is Cultural Humility.

Joel earned his doctorate in higher education administration at Claremont Graduate University. He has been married for over 26 years and has four children, and he enjoys cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers and watching films.
