Whether you are an experienced coach, just launching your practice, or coach curious, a Coaching Cafe is for YOU!
Attending a Cafe is an informal opportunity to build relationships and share ideas. There is no charge for participating, and you do not need to be a member of ICFLA to attend. Topics can range from how we maintain work/life balance as coaches to challenges we might face with our clients.
About Kendra Nitta
Kendra Nitta’s coaching and coaching supervision practice leverages her creative perspective as a writer, handknit designer, and taiko drummer to help her clients transform awareness into action. Kendra has primarily focused on partnering with emerging and established leaders in agencies across the federal government, particularly other women of color, in service of the world becoming more beautiful and resilient for everyone. She is an ICF-accredited coach and recently completed the Coaching Supervision Academy’s diploma program in coaching supervision.
About Elaine Padilla
Elaine is an executive and career development coach who helps clients uncover untapped skills and strengths, empowering them to thrive with purpose and fulfillment. She also serves as a Senior Employee Development Specialist in USC’s Learning and Organizational Development Department, where she fosters professional growth. As a coach, Elaine partners with clients to align their careers with their values, strengths, and passions.
