Leadership Politics explores the power vs. powerlessness, how teams collaborate and conflict, how to acknowledge power and conflicts, that leaders and teams need to exercise as they go up the ladder, and how to develop that in a healthy/non-toxic way.
Through a Systemic approach, this is about supporting organizations and teams to build a better culture through realizing their existing patterns, letting go of the less useful, and creating new meaningful rituals around politics that can support their strategy.
