Jeffrey Harris, MA, PCC; Uplevel Coaching + Consulting

Jeffrey Harris, MA, PCC, is the sole proprietor of Uplevel Coaching + Consulting, an executive coaching service. Jeff is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation, holds a certificate as an Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coach (ACPEC) by the College of Executive Coaching, and was credentialed for 18 years as a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) by the Employee Assistance Certification Commission. Jeff was also a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (MFT) for 39 years. Mr. Harris received his Master of Arts in Marriage, Family & Child Counseling from Chapman University, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from California State University at Fullerton.

Jeff brings to his coaching and consulting a deep knowledge of business and management principles, drawing from his 28 years of experience providing employee assistance coaching and consulting to such organizations as:

Mr. Harris’ specialties include professional coaching for leaders, physicians and faculty, and consultation with managers on leading teams to high performance and excellence. He writes a quarterly column in the Journal of Employee Assistance, on effective management consulting skills by clinicians. He draws from his own experience as a manager in healthcare and corporate settings for thirteen years, and his service as an adjunct faculty member at four colleges over eleven years, including Pepperdine University, and Chapman University.
