Jian HUANG

Jian Huang is a ICF-certified PCC coach, with more than 20 years of leadership experiences and especially with multicultural perspectives, enriched by working/living in China and abroad, specializing in building confidence and strength in change management and dealing with crisis.

As an Executive and Corporate Coach,  Jian focuses on clients’ unique strength, talents and abilities and facilitate the steps necessary for them to make conscious leadership choices and behavioral action steps that best align to their authentic selves. She believes coaching is a bittersweet journey, also is a continuing process, and recognizing that deep understanding of life can only be given by life.

For over 6 years, Jane has coached senior C-level executives, founders and entrepreneurs who are aiming to make their lives more full-fill and happier, through reaching their professional and personal potentials, from a wide variety of sectors domestically and internationally. Her clients span from industries as well as borders, such as internet industry, consulting, high tech, finance, government to nonprofits, among others, from large corporations such as (not limited to) Facebook, Google, IBM, Good Year, Bayer, Macys, Salesforce, Twilio, IBM, Lego, MyVest, Capital One, Clari, Square, Edwards Lifesciences, AppsFlyer, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Capella University, Accenture, Logitech, Colgate-Palmolive, Simons Consulting China, Michelin, 360 Enterprise Security, IBM, Colgate, Lego, DiDi, JD, Iqiyi,  and China Sports Lottery Center, etc., to entrepreneurs from private start-ups,  while also actively working as a volunteer coach for several commonweal programs to support youth leadership development and rural teachers.

During her previous career background, she has accumulated rich management and cross-culture experiences in full spectrum of human resources as country head for 3 Top 500 MNCs and general operation management for state-owned / private companies in China and El Salvador (for 2 years, under one Top 500 MNCs) for more than 20 years; have worked in different industries such as import & export, power plant, healthcare, digital printing and office suppliers.; with solid practices in supporting business change management and fast growth, especially expertized in leadership development, talent management, organizational development, transformation and cross-culture team management.
