Rachel B. Goldman, JD, PCC, ELI-MP

After enjoying a successful law and mediation practice for three decades, Rachel decided a geographical adventure and a professional change were in order.  She moved from Boston to Los Angeles, became a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and began coaching people facing personal, professional, and relationship challenges.  In 2019, she founded RBG Consulting, where she specializes in leadership and communication coaching and facilitating difficult conversations between two or more people.

In addition to coaching and facilitation, Rachel custom designs courses, trainings, and workshops on topics related to communication and conflict management for professional groups, organizations, colleges, and universities. She is an instructor in the University of California Davis Continuing and Professional Education Conflict Resolution Department where she teaches The Art of Engaging in Conflict and Fundaments of Conflict Resolution Skills.  She is also an instructor for the California Water Boards Leadership Program where she teaches workshops on effective listening, communication, how to delegate effectively, conflict management, persuasion, and negotiation.
