This will be an interactive group discussion to reflect on key learnings from the prior 2025 Career Coaching SIG programs, explore current trends, challenges, and opportunities, and set goals for 2026.
Learning Goals:
- Reflect on and articulate key insights and growth from the 2025 Career Coaching SIG series.
- Connect emerging career and workplace trends to their own professional development and coaching practices.
- Share and analyze common challenges while identifying potential opportunities for growth.
- Strengthen professional connections through peer-to-peer learning and community engagement.
- Define at least one actionable career or coaching goal for 2026.
