Description

As coaches, we need to formulate a framework for how we communicate our ideas to our clients and audience. An effective way of brainstorming is by writing out varying cross-sections of ideas and narrowing down our expertise. Writing is an excellent way to offer service to a wider audience and then invite a one-on-one coaching conversation.

In this in-depth conversation about writing to drive forward coaching methodologies, Leadership and Performance Coach James Gray will deconstruct his process of utilizing his LinkedIn Newsletter to synthesize ideas for a coaching model.

Participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of:

  • Scaling and Writing
  • Feedback through audience engagement with writing
  • Maturing a Product Through the Expansion of Ideas

Upon conclusion of this SIG, participants will be provided a workflow of how to create content on LinkedIn newsletter or Substack in the written form to communicate a methodology to an audience.
