Description

We’ll answer your credentialing questions and spotlight Core Competency #6 Listens Actively. Includes exploration of customizing coach responses based on how client expresses themselves– verbally and non-verbally. Discussion will include ACC, PCC and MCC credential distinctions.

Upon conclusion of this program, participants will understand the power of deep listening and provocative questions.

1. Craft the nature of powerful questions so coaches let the client know they were heard.
2. Teach coaches not to just reflect back and summarize but ask direct deeper questions.
3. Inviting coaches to present that clients can hear themselves.

Carly has been a continuously active ICF MCC, PCC and ACC Assessor since 2005, having reviewed 2,000+ coaching recordings between ICF assessing, and her own mentor coaching clients.
