Description
We’ll answer your credentialing questions and spotlight Core Competency #4: Cultivates Trust and Safety. Together, we’ll explore what it means to “create a safe, supportive environment that allows the client to share freely,” and discuss distinctions among ACC, PCC, and MCC credentials.
Upon conclusion of this program, participants will understand what competency #4 is.
Key takeaways:
- Acknowledge clients and reflect back the qualities you see in who they are being and the values they are honoring.
- Partner with clients to intentionally create a safe, supportive environment that encourages them to share freely.
- Maintain a coaching relationship grounded in mutual respect and trust.
