Description
In this session we will focus on how to utilize facilitation in group and team coaching settings. The unique leverage we have as facilitators, how to structure sessions in order to create “aha-moments” for clients, and why separating content and process is key when it comes to creating dynamic and memorable sessions.
Through discussion and practical examples, participants will learn how to design and guide sessions that surface multiple perspectives, generate insight, and maintain clear coaching agreements while working with groups.
Participants will:
🔵 Distinguish content vs. process in group and team coaching contexts.
🔵 Structure group sessions by sequencing facilitation methods that support the coaching agreement.
🔵 Apply the A-C-T (Acknowledge, Contain, and Timebox) framework to respond effectively to maintain established agreements.
🔵 Use varied facilitation techniques and tools to support engagement and evoke awareness in groups.
