Description

The field of coaching keeps evolving and maturing, and we now know that integrating different perspectives grounded in research enriches both the practice of coaching and its overall effectiveness for the clients.

ICF recognizes that “because team coaching is multi-faceted, team coaches must also have a significantly broader knowledge base when working with teams than with individuals.”

The psychodynamic perspective offers additional insights into human behavior as it allows the Coach to explore under-the-surface drivers of conscious thought and behavior, offering the clients the possibility of positive transformation and change. In this 90-minute session, Lola will define team psychodynamic coaching and share some of the frameworks that are used during the team coaching process.

By the end of the session, attendees will:

  • Have clarity on what systems psychodynamics team coaching is.
  • Apply some concepts used at the team level to expand understanding of team dynamics.
  • Reflect on the ethical boundaries around systems psychodynamic coaching
