Description
Coaching Supervision is a collaborative learning practice to continually build the capacity and mastery of the coach through reflective dialogue for the benefit of both coaches and clients.
Whether you are a newer coach or an experienced one, you will find a welcome and resonant space for you and your peers to gather and reflect.
Before the session, we invite you to consider if you have an active client case or a theme you’ve noticed in your coaching to discuss and reflect on together. That said, if you’ve never experienced coaching supervision or aren’t sure if your case is appropriate, come anyway to learn and grow!

Courtney has been a coach supervisor since 2021 and is a European Mentoring & Coaching Council Accredited Coach Supervisor [ESIA]. About Paul Sanbar, PCC, ESIA
Paul’s career journey has been dedicated to the field of self-development and to effecting positive change through storytelling and conversations, initially as a psychotherapist and now as a Professional Certified Coach [PCC] accredited by the International Coaching Federation and as a European Mentoring & Coaching Council Accredited Coach Supervisor [ESIA].
With his clinical understanding of group dynamics from over a decade of experience facilitating in-person and online groups, Paul uses purposeful play and a passion for psychological safety to create reflective spaces that elicit generative outcomes. In addition to his private coaching and coach supervision practice, he is also a contracted coaching supervisor for AceUp, a systemic coaching company, and a coach supervisor/triad facilitator for the Goldvarg Coaching Group Coaching Supervision program.
