Description
We’ll answer your credentialing questions and spotlight Core Competency #7: Evokes Awareness. Includes exploration of clarifying questions versus discovery-oriented questions, and distinctions between the coach offering comments, summaries, and observations. Discussion will include ACC, PCC, and MCC credential distinctions.
Upon completion of this program, participants will have a better understanding of what evoking awareness means.
Key Takeaways:
- How to broaden or deepen client awareness using customized and responsive questions.
- The structure of an observation and how it differs from summarizing and reflecting back.
- What it means to intentionally allow space for the client to respond fully.
