Go beyond the coaching engagement and build deeper, more strategic relationships with HR, L&D, and business leaders. This session focuses on understanding organizational priorities and partnering with stakeholders to embed coaching in broader talent strategy.
Many coaches are highly effective in individual transformation but encounter new challenges when working in corporate, nonprofit, or government settings. Multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities, performance systems, and internal politics can complicate even the most well-designed coaching engagement.
In this Special Interest Group session, we’ll explore how to build deeper, more strategic relationships with HR, Learning & Development, and Executive decision-makers.
