Description:

Go beyond the coaching engagement and build deeper, more strategic relationships with HR, L&D, and business leaders. This session focuses on understanding organizational priorities and partnering with stakeholders to embed coaching in broader talent strategy.

Many coaches are highly effective in individual transformation but encounter new challenges when working in corporate, nonprofit, or government settings. Multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities, performance systems, and internal politics can complicate even the most well-designed coaching engagement.

In this Special Interest Group session, we’ll explore how to build deeper, more strategic relationships with HR, Learning & Development, and Executive decision-makers. You’ll gain insight into how these stakeholders think about talent, leadership development, and organizational priorities, and how to position coaching as a meaningful contributor to those goals.

Together, we’ll discuss how to:

  1. Speak the language of HR and business leaders
  2. Identify key stakeholders and coaching entry points
  3. Align coaching with broader talent strategies
  4. Co-create sponsorship structures that support a sustainable coaching culture

Through practical frameworks and peer discussion, this session will strengthen your confidence and clarity in partnering with organizations, so your coaching work can have lasting, systemic impact.
