Description:
Group & Team coaching is both similar to and more challenging than 1:1 coaching. In this Special Interest Group, you’ll discuss challenging case studies with your fellow coaches in order to determine what language and actions will support your ability to maintain the coaching agreement and coaching presence during challenging group & team client scenarios.
• How do you determine the Coaching Agreement if there is no agreement?
• How do you Establish Trust & Intimacy when it has been damaged?
• If your clients want you to consult and train, how do you maintain your
Coaching Presence?

Diana Ideus is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and has her Masters in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching. Diana currently leverages her coaching, management, and leadership development experience supporting leaders and mentoring coaches with Hawthorne Union.
