Description:

Panelists will share resources and best practices for delivering Group & Team Coaching. The panel will focus on best practices for establishing the coaching agreement, trust and intimacy with the group, and establishing and maintaining coaching presence in the group and team coaching setting.

Participants will walk away with resources and best practices related to
• Establishing the Coaching Agreement for Group & Team Coaching Engagements
• Creating Trust & Intimacy in the Group & Team Coaching setting
• Determining and maintaining Coaching Presence in Group & Team Coaching in contrast to other training and consulting engagements

 

About Diana Ideus, MCC

Diana Ideus is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and has her Masters in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching. Diana currently leverages her coaching, management, and leadership development experience supporting leaders and mentoring coaches with Hawthorne Union. Hawthorne Union provides continuing education approved by the International Coaching Federation to support ongoing coach and professional development.

About our Panelists

We welcome a global panel of Group & Team Coaches with a diversity of training and coaching experience.  Thank you Julian Humphreys PCC, Lucy Shenouda PCC, Zsofia Juhasz PCC, and Cory Colton for sharing your experience with us!

Cory Colton is the Principal Executive Coach at Inflection Point Coaching.  He is an executive talent, learning, and culture leader with over 20 years’ experience in industries such as healthcare, automotive, telecommunications and financial services. Cory is also an ordained interfaith minister and opera singer.  He brings all of those varied perspectives to his practice coaching leaders, teams and groups.

Julian Humphreys PhD, PCC is a Toronto-based Executive and Leadership Coach working with organizational leaders, startup entrepreneurs and family businesses. He has developed a wide range of tools and frameworks to build leadership capacity, particularly in the areas of decision-making and effective communication. He is a recognized expert in coaching psychology and teaches a course for coaches called Psychology for Coaches that is accredited for 36 CCEUs through the ICF. As a global citizen, Lucy Shenouda has lived and worked across three continents. Over twenty-five years, she supported Fortune 500 / Global 500 leaders with branding and marketing expertise. As a Professional Certified Coach, Lucy cultivates best thinking for team literacy, systemic leadership, strategic foresight and value-creation. Her lived experience adapting across cultures, diverse environments, and challenging circumstances sets the foundation for supporting global clients in reaching their highest potential while navigating their biggest challenges.

Zsofia Juhasz is a PCC, Leadership Coach and Coach Supervisor.  She began coaching in 2004, worked as an Associate Coach with global coaching service providers and was trained as a group and team coach.  Zsofia held HR leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company and AstraZeneca in Hungary moved to Australia in 2012 and has been conducting group coaching sessions for the past 2 years.
