Tribal Leadership coaching framework enhances the ability to transform team dynamics and organizational culture. You will learn the 5 stages of Tribal Leadership that can help you hone your coaching to elevate individuals, intact teams, and groups to excel beyond their current roadblocks to greater success.
By applying Tribal Leadership strategies, coaches can strengthen their coaching skills in team coaching, leadership development, and organizational change, aligning with ICF’s core competencies: Embodies a Coaching Mindset, Facilitates Client Growth, and Facilitates Client Growth. The session includes practical tools and real-world examples tailored to coaching scenarios, ensuring direct applicability to participants’ practice.
This session will be very interactive, including breakouts for accelerated coaching learning. You will learn these in the three coaching skills to use with your clients:
- 5 Stages of Culture: How to utilize them in coaching within organizations.
- Core Values: The power of core values and how to leverage them in your coaching.
- Triads: Building strong relationships for elevating performance & creating momentum
About Barry Bettman:
Barry Bettman, PCC, is an ICF-certified coach who has specialized in Leadership Development and Executive Presence for 26 years. As the former Tribal Leadership executive producer, he continues to practice Tribal Leadership principles with clients and in the coaching community. You may recall him from the virtual halls of ICFLA teleclasses, where he served as the former Director of Virtual Education. In his spare time, he enjoys communicating around the world in his Amateur (ham) radio hobby.
About Ross Girardi:
Ross Girardi is an Approved Tribal Leadership consultant and seasoned coach focused on transforming workplace cultures through core values. With three years applying Tribal Leadership as a senior manager in a Fortune 500 company, he empowered teams to shift from dysfunction to high-performing cultures. As former VP of Conscious Capitalism, he championed purpose-driven leadership. Ross has presented to ICF audiences and enjoys hiking, mentoring, and writing.
