Are you passionate about coaching but need help with landing organizational clients? Are you a coach looking to break into the corporate world but struggling to navigate the complexities of organizational dynamics? You’re not alone. This Special Interest Group (SIG) is designed to help you master both. You’ll learn to find and enroll corporate clients, set clear agreements, and create coaching programs. We’ll explore strategies for managing confidentiality, preventing conflicts of interest, and setting clear, transparent agreements that align the coachee and the organization.

You’ll also dive into best practices for maintaining professional boundaries, working with diverse teams, and handling ethical dilemmas unique to corporate coaching.
