Description:
Are you passionate about coaching but need help with landing organizational clients? Are you a coach looking to break into the corporate world but struggling to navigate the complexities of organizational dynamics? You’re not alone. Many coaches excel at their craft but feel overwhelmed by the challenge of connecting with organizations and navigating complex dynamics while staying true to ethical practices.
This Special Interest Group (SIG) is designed to help you master both. You’ll learn how to find and enroll corporate clients, set clear agreements, and create your coaching programs. We’ll explore strategies for managing confidentiality, preventing conflicts of interest, and setting clear, transparent agreements that keep both the coachee and the organization aligned.
You’ll also dive into best practices for maintaining professional boundaries, working with diverse teams, and handling ethical dilemmas unique to corporate coaching.
Join this interactive Special Interest Group (SIG), where you’ll have the opportunity to engage with fellow coaches, share insights, and tackle real-world challenges together, all while gaining practical strategies to grow your coaching practice and navigate the complexities of landing corporate clients.
In this SIG, you will:
- Learn how to enroll corporate clients with clear, ethical coaching agreements while communicating effectively with both coachees and stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality and transparency.
- Gain practical strategies for addressing client objections while upholding ICF’s ethical standards, building trust, and strengthening relationships.
- Learn how to balance the needs of corporate clients and coachees while avoiding conflicts of interest and maintaining professional boundaries.
- Develop cultural competence and inclusivity to navigate diverse corporate environments, respecting each coachee’s individuality in line with ICF standards.
